Women Directorship in Boardroom

We get good insights on how women play their role and contribute to the companies performance. Interestingly most of them agree that women have influence on decision making in the boardroom. Despite that they faced challenges at the early stage and have to work really hard to gain confidence and respect from board teams. They are well prepared before the meetings and are very details on technical aspect which compliment men's character of being too generous.
